Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics would like to Invite Interested and Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of 20 ft containers Quantity 12,933 and 40ft containers Quantity 1,566 HC from bidders who can fulfill the following Terms and Conditions.

• 1. Bidders who engage in the sector shall present renewed trade licenses, trade registration certificates, VAT registration, current tax clearance certificates, TIN certificates, and supplier list registration certificates.
• Foreign bidders are required to attach a business license or registration certificate and must submit a certificate of registration, authenticated by the Ethiopian embassy in the country where their company is licensed or registered, prior to the award. Local agents must provide an agent certificate (foreign trade agent license) along with an agency agreement.
• 2. To access the tender document bidders shall register on ESL supplier list by using the link: https://ehog.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/PrcPosRegisterSupplier?prcBuId=300000003585149 or register in person at ESL Head Office 10th floor procurement department upon fulfilling trade license certificate and TIN (Taxpayer Registration Certificate) If bidders are foreigners, shall present business registration certification from the country of establishment starting from the date of this announcement.
• 3. The bid shall be valid for 60 days after the system bid closing date.
• 4. Bidder shall submit bid security in person at the Head Office of the enterprise 10th floor procurement department and the amount of the bid security is 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand) birr or the equivalent of USD or EURO. The type of acceptable bid security is: - unconditional bank guarantee or cash payment order (CPO). The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid Proposal, Which shall remain valid for a period of 60 days + 28 days =88 days.
• 5. Bidder shall give their price at line level in the system.
• 6. The deadline for bid submission is the date and time of the ERP System..
• 7. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
