Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics, Kality Trucking Branch Office, invites interested and eligible bidders for the purchase of Different-sized bolts with nuts and torque rod bushing, upon the fulfilment of the following terms and conditions.
- 1. Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present a renewed trade license, trade registration certificate, current tax clearance certificates, TIN certificate, and supplier list registration certificate.
- 2. To access the tender document Bidders shall register on our enterprise supplier list by using the Link:- link or register in person at Head Office, 10th floor, at the Procurement Department upon fulfilling the trade license certificate and TIN starting from the date of this announcement.
- 3. The bid shall be valid for the period of 45 days after the system bid closing date.
- 4. Bidders shall submit bid security in person at the Kality trucking branch procurement division office, and the amount of the bid security is stated in the bidding document. The type of acceptable bid security is an unconditional bank guarantee or cash payment order (CPO).
- 5. The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid proposal, which shall remain valid for a period of 45 + 28 = 73 days.
- 6. Bidders shall give their price at lines in the system.
- 7. The deadline date and time for bid submission are stated online.
- 8. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Kality trucking branch office reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
