Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics would like to Request expression of interest for interested and eligible bidders for the construction of procurement of two heavy lift Ultramax MPP vessels upon fulfilling of the following terms and conditions.
- 1. Local Agent shall provide Agent Certificate (foreign trade agent license), TIN certificate, VAT Certificate, supplier list, current/renewed trade license, tax clearance certificate from authorized body.
- 2. Foreign Bidders shall submit business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment
- 3. To access the tender document Bidders shall register on our enterprise supplier list by using the Link:- link or register in person at ESL Head Office 10th floor procurement department upon fulfilling trade license certificate and TIN (Tax Identification Number) If bidders are foreigners, shall present business registration certification or trade license from the country of establishment starting from the date of this announcement.
- 4. The deadline for bid submission is the date and time of the ERP System.
- 4. Bidder shall submit bid security in person at head office of the enterprise 10th floor procurement department and the amount of the bid security shall be 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) birr. The type of acceptable bid security is: unconditional bank guarantee or cash payment order (CPO). The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid proposal which shall be remained valid for a period of 60 + 28=88 days.
- 5. Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
