Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for Container Freight Transportation Service from Djibouti to Ethiopian different unloading destination and returning empty container to Djibouti upon fulfilling of the following terms and conditions.
- 1. Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license and commercial registration certificate,
- 2. Current tax clearance certificates and TIN (Taxpayer Registration Certificate)
- 3. Renewed Competency of Commercial Road Freight Operator Certificate
- 4. List of five (5) cross border freight transport GPS Tracker vehicles which are confirmed by bidder
- 5. Bidders who are registered on our enterprise supplier list can access the tender document from our ERP System through the following link or register at Head Office in person 10th floor at procurement department upon fulfilling trade license certificate and TIN (Taxpayer Registration Certificate) starting from the date of this announcement.
- 6. The bid shall be valid for the period of 60 days after the bid opening
- 7. Bidder shall submit bid security in person at Head Office of the enterprise 10th floor procurement department amount Birr fifty thousands (50,000.00) to as name of Ethiopian Shipping And Logistic Services Enterprise which is unconditional bank guarantee or CPO valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the Bid Proposal before bid closing time.
- 8. ESLSE shall hold a Pre-Bid Conference for prospective Bidders who received and will receive bidding documents for clarification and discussion on the bidding documents after 10 days from the bid floated time (system open time) at 2:00 PM.
- 9. The deadline for bid submission is date and time of ERP System.
- 10. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
