Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics is requesting expressions of interest from eligible bidders for the first stage bid, for shipbroker services related to the acquisition of second-hand Container ships with a capacity of 3,000 to 5,000 TEU, not exceeding 10 years of age., upon fulfilling of the following terms and conditions.
- 1. Local Agent shall provide Agent Certificate (foreign trade agent license), TIN certificate, VAT Certificate, supplier list, current/renewed trade license, tax clearance certificate from authorized body.
- 2. Foreign Bidders shall submit relevant business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment.
- 3. To access the tender document Bidders shall register on our enterprise supplier list by using the Link:- link or register in person at ESL Head Office 10th floor procurement department upon fulfilling trade license certificate and TIN (Tax Identification Number) If bidders are foreigners, shall present business registration certification or trade license from the country of establishment starting from the date of this announcement.
- 4. The deadline for bid submission is the date and time of the ERP System.
- 5. Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
