Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for Procurement of Lowbed Trailer transportation service for transporting of Flat Rack container from Djibouti to different Ethiopian Unloading Ports upon fulfilling of the following terms and conditions.
- 1. Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license and commercial registration certificate,
- 2. Current tax clearance certificates and TIN (Taxpayer Registration Certificate)
- 3. Renewed Competency of Commercial Road Freight Operator Certificate
- 4. The bid shall be valid for the period of 60 days after bid clothing time.
- 5. Bidder should have to list or attach list of cross border GPS tracker Lowbed Trailer/ vehicles with their respective plate numbers/ full data which is confirmed by bidder
- 6. To access the tender document Bidders shall register on our ESL supplier list by using the Link https://ehog.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/PrcPosRegisterSupplier?prcBuId=300000003585149 or register in person at ESL Head Office 10th floor procurement department upon fulfilling trade license certificate and TIN (Taxpayer Registration Certificate) starting from the date of this announcement
- 7. Bidder shall submit bid security in person at Head Office of the enterprise 10th floor procurement department and the amount of the bid security shall be 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) birr. The type of acceptable bid security is: - unconditional bank guarantee or CPO. The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid proposal which shall be remained valid for a period of 60 + 28=88 days.
- 8. Bidder shall give their price at Lines level in the System.
- 9. ESL will hold pre bid conference with all bidders after the 10th date of the floating of the bid by the newspaper or by next working day at ESL head office 10th floor procurement department.
- 10. The deadline for bid submission is date and time of ERP System.
- 11. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
