Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for transportation of container freight from Endode train station to Kality port and returning empty container to Endode train station upon fulfilling of the following terms and conditions.
- 1. Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license and commercial registration certificate,
- 2. Current tax clearance certificates and TIN (Taxpayer Registration Certificate)
- 3. The bid shall be valid for the period of 60 days after bid clothing time.
- 4. Renewed Competency of Commercial Road Freight Operator Certificate
- 5. Bidder should have to list or attach at least list of five (5) GPS tracker vehicles with their respective plate numbers/ full data which is confirmed by bidder.
- 6. - 7. Bidder shall submit bid security in person at Head Office of the enterprise 10th floor procurement department and the amount of the bid security shall be 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) birr. The type of acceptable bid security is: - unconditional bank guarantee or CPO. The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid proposal which shall be remained valid for a period of 60 + 28=88 days.
- 8. Bidder shall give their price at Lines level in the System.
- 9. ESL will hold pre bid conference with all bidders after the 10th date of the floating of the bid by the newspaper or by next working day at ESL head office 10th floor procurement department.
- 10. The deadline for bid submission is date and time of ERP System.
- 11. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
